The project is divided into commercial and residential sections, including hotel, K11 Art Mall, Grade A office tower and space for innovative enterprises. Design concept of the residential units is based on technology and nature. The project provides a total of 2,464 units, all of which are sold out. Shops in the community offer attractive rental rates.
Specific social apps - “WorkPro” is available for easy communication amongst tenants' employees to enhance corporate information and networking in the office tower. Club New World, a private social networking platform for senior management elites is also made available to facilitate business opportunities and resources sharing.
One- to five-room renovated or bare shall units range from 60 to 280 sq. m.
Commercial portion provides convention facilities, Sky Park, networking clubhouse, outdoor infinity swimming pool. Clubhouse facilities are available in the residential portion.
