The joint venture development of New World China Land Limited ("NWC" or "the Company") and Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd ("Guangzhou Metro Group"), the New World China-Guangzhou Metro Hanxi Development project ("Hanxi Project" or "the Project"), breaks ground today. Listed as a core development project in Guangzhou, it will be developed into an urban landmark complex boasting a new parent-child shopping mall - DPark, plus grade A offices and premium residences. Since the signing of the contract in December last year, the Hanxi Project has kicked off with this groundbreaking in just a short period of time, reflecting the Company's determination and commitment to constantly strengthen its investment in the Greater Bay Area as well as the China market.
